WANTED: Fugitive accused of super aggravated sex assault of child & continuous sex abuse of child

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive German M. Sibrian, who is wanted for Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. 
 
Houston Police received two separate reports of sexual abuse that occurred at the 6300 block of Clemson Street in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the two victims made outcries of sexual abuse. Detectives learned the fugitive sexually abused the first victim on multiple occasions (starting in January of 2011 and continuing through January of 2013). Detectives also learned that fugitive German Sibrian sexually assaulted the second victim in January of 2014, who was under the age of six.  Fugitive German M. Sibrian is charged with Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child under Harris County Warrants #1665463 and 1665464. 
 
Fugitive German M. Sibrian is an Hispanic male, 52 years old, approximately 5’08”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and medium length black hair. The fugitive is known to drive a blue 2017 Jeep or a yellow 2006 Hummer.
