WANTED: Gunman who attacked victim at ATM

Crime Stoppers and the Bellaire Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an Aggravated Robbery – Deadly Weapon.      

On Sunday, June 21, 2020, at 4:37 a.m., an unknown male suspect robbed the victim in an ATM drive through lane located in the 5100 block of Bellaire Boulevard in Bellaire, Texas. During the incident, the suspect approached the victim (who was inside of his vehicle) and put a pistol to his head. The suspect told the victim “Give me your money or I will kill you”. Suddenly, the victim turned and grabbed the pistol. A fight ensued and the suspect struck the victim multiple times with the pistol. The victim was able to break free and drive away. As the suspect fled, he observed the victim following him and shot at the victim multiple times. The gunfire struck the victim's vehicle causing him to crash. The suspect continued to flee on foot towards a waiting black four door SUV (last seen on Ferris Drive). 
 
Suspect: Black or Hispanic male, approximately 5'07" to 5'08", slim build, 150-170 lbs., black curly hair, thin black mustache, tattoos (on his face, neck and arm), wearing a black short sleeve t-shirt, black with white shorts, black socks and white air force one Nike tennis shoes.
