3 of 3 WANTED: Person responsible for illegal dumping

Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Precinct One Constable’s Office  need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an Illegal Dumping. 

 
On Sunday, May 31, 2020, at approximately 12:00 p.m., an unknown Hispanic male suspect dumped various items in the 2500 block of Bisbee Street in Houston, Texas.  Video surveillance cameras captured the suspect driving a gray Toyota pick-up truck.   The suspect stopped along the side of the road and exited the vehicle. The suspect began removing various items from the truck and dumped it on the side of the roadway.   The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel.  
 
Suspect: Hispanic male, in his 30’s, approximately 5’07”, 220 lbs., wearing a yellow shirt and blue jeans. The suspect had a black dog in the front seat (possibly a poodle or labradoodle).
