WANTED: Hit and Run driver who caused fatality

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid - Fatality.   

On Sunday, August 9, 2020, at approximately 12:34 a.m., the victim was travelling (on a scooter) westbound across the 2700 block of Chimney Rock Road in Houston, Texas.  The suspect’s vehicle (a white four-door wrecker truck) turned south onto Chimney Rock Road (from Westheimer Road) and struck the victim.  The suspect vehicle fled from the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the collision.  
 
Suspect Vehicle: White (four-door) wrecker truck, with chrome side steps and yellow warning lights across the top.
