Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid. On Friday, August 14, 2020, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the victim was walking across the 6600 block of the Southwest Freeway service road in Houston, Texas. The suspect’s vehicle (appearing to be a white Chevrolet Sonic or Spark) struck the victim. The suspect fled the scene, south on the service road, without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim sustained a pelvic fracture along with head injuries. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
